Cap FAQ
Each variety (a fabric + colour + decoration) has a 100-cap minimum, then goes up in 25s. Mix as many varieties as you like in one order — the price tier (100+ / 300+ / 500+) is set by your whole order's total. Cotton runs HK$26.60 → HK$20.50 per cap; fast-dry HK$32.10 → HK$26.00; 3D puff embroidery is +10%.
Flat embroidery is the classic, hard-wearing finish for logos and text. 3D puff uses foam-backed stitching that raises the design off the front panel for a bold, premium look (+10%). For very fine detail or full colour, a woven patch can work better — send your artwork and we'll recommend the best option.
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is ideal, but a high-resolution PNG or JPG is usually fine to start. We'll prepare the artwork and match your brand colours, then send a mockup for approval.

Yes. Shipping is charged separately on top of the cap cost, and import duties and local taxes at the destination are payable by the receiver. We'll send a tailored shipping estimate once we know your quantity and delivery location.
