Right now we make custom enamel pins and custom baseball caps, each with its own page and live pricing. More products — like tote bags and tees — are on the way. We're a general custom-merch supplier, so if you need something that isn't listed yet, just ask.
It depends on the product. Caps start at 100 per variety (mix fabrics, colours and decorations in one order; the volume tier is set by your whole order). Pins start at 500 in total (minimum 100 per design). Each product page shows its own minimums and price breaks.
Pricing depends on the product, quantity and decoration. Each product page has a live estimate as you build your order, and we always follow up with an itemised quote. Shipping is quoted separately.
We're a Hong Kong-based supplier working directly with trusted factory partners. You get a local point of contact in English or Cantonese, and we handle production and QC for you.
Yes. We ship worldwide, with shipping charged separately on top of the product cost. Import duties and local taxes at the destination are payable by the receiver. We'll send a tailored shipping estimate once we know your quantities and delivery location.
Once you approve the quote and digital mockup, payment is made in full upfront via a secure Stripe link. Then we get into production.
